Email is the quickest way to reach DoingOkay. We aim to reply as soon as reasonably possible.

How do I contact support?
Email Darren@DoingOkay.co.uk. Please include the device you use, your iOS or iPadOS version and what happened. Do not include passwords, API keys or information you do not want to share by email.
Does DoingOkay have user accounts?
No. DoingOkay does not require a DoingOkay account. App information is stored on your device and can be synchronised through your Apple iCloud account.
How do I change permissions?
Open Apple Settings, choose Privacy & Security, then select the relevant permission such as Location Services, Calendars, Photos or Health. You can change access at any time.
What should I do if iCloud is not syncing?
Check that the same Apple Account is signed in on each device, iCloud Drive is enabled, and DoingOkay is allowed to use iCloud. Then reopen the app and use its Backup Settings status for guidance.
Can DoingOkay give medical or financial advice?
No. DoingOkay helps organise information and offer general support. It is not a medical service, financial adviser, emergency service or substitute for qualified professional advice.
Urgent or emergency support
DoingOkay is not monitored as an emergency service. If you or someone else is in immediate danger, contact the emergency services available in your location. For medical, mental-health or financial emergencies, use an appropriate qualified service.
